If you don’t want to be treated like a number, come see Amanda at her law firm, Baggett Law. We had the pleasure to meet both Amanda and Matt—very hospitable people—you won’t know you’re at a law firm. Amanda is very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with—I highly recommend her. Many law firms have memorized and already have a sales pitch ready to go, where the lawyer(s) ignore clients’ individual situations, talks over them and tells them what they should do in five minutes. Admirably, Amanda does not conform to this lower / used-car-stylistic sales pitch. She is very approachable, as if she is part of your family, and though based on the big picture she may already know the general direction she needs to take and what needs to be done, she doesn’t hesitate to let you speak when she is done (as she attentively listens) and also asks if you have any questions without that stern glare of annoyance / are you done yet facial expressions. We had roof damage, for which we hired a contractor and submitted a claim to our property insurance provider. Unfortunately there was a dispute between the contractor and insurer over the final payment. Due to this, we decided to retain Amanda. She was always swift to answer our emails and phone calls. Music to our ears – you never had to wonder if and when she was going to respond to you as it was always prompt! Additionally she was able to resolve the situation for us, and ensure that we were not at a legal risk due to the dispute between the insurance company and contractor. This provided us Great peace of mind and saved us time and money from having any undue future financial cost that we otherwise might have had!

Amanda was very helpful and eager to help with our situation. She was prompt with her emails to the other attorneys as well as with us. I would recommend her to anyone in need of an attorney dealing with a construction dispute.

Amanda Baggett spent several hours learning our sales contract and offering advice on how to update it to make it a more encompassing document.
