After having issues with immigration myself and my then boyfriend had grave concerns about what to do. We googled and after lots of research contacted Lena & Joe to seek advice and help with our situation. To describe the service we received from Lena and Joe, her husband, as merely excellent would be a major injustice. This dynamic duo far exceeded our expectations. From day one, when we consulted with her, we immediately felt that connection. Lena has a calming spirit which is almost indescribable. I waited 25 years before actually deciding to go through the immigration process of applying for my Greencard. Because of my fear of deportation and separation from my family, no one was ever able to convince me that I should proceed, till I met Lena. She thoroughly explained the entire process, including the "worse case" scenarios. My case was a bit complicated because of a legal problem which occurred over 15 years prior. Thankfully, Lena accepted my case and secured a successful outcome for me and my family. My case required an i-601 waiver form. That process was extremely time consuming and nerve wrecking, but Lena persevered and within 60 days of the submission of the waiver, my case was approved.
