Carmen was awesome. She understood my concerns and needs. She kept up all communication and followed up with me throughout the entire case. I just wish she was able to handle other lawsuits besides car accidents. If I could giver her more than 5 stars I would. Thanks again Carmen you made this entire process smooth for me.
