We just completed the process of Estate Planning with the Legacy Planning Law Group. I was extremely impressed with Bill O'Leary and his knowledge of the many issues surrounding proper Estate Planning. Through out my career I have worked with many attorneys in various area of law. Bill is one of the most knowledgeable attorneys I have dealt with and is an expert in helping to plan for the future regarding the many issues our children could face. I had many questions for Bill during the process. He took the time to answer, explain and make recommendations that provided the legal solutions we needed, He has a very competent support staff including Jeanette who was very helpful during the process.

Bill O'Leary is capable, experience, creative and solutions-oriented. I highly recommend him if you are doing estate and/or financial planning.

Although my wife and I are both CPAs (and in theory should "know better"), in 21 years of marriage we never took the time to make a will. Our life insurance agent persuaded us that the time had come and suggested a consultation with Bill O'Leary. We honestly did not know where to begin. Bill is friendly, knowledgeable and personable. In one reasonable engagement, Bill and his professional associates (particularly Jeanette) efficiently took us from "plan zero" to wills, living wills, durable powers of attorney, healthcare powers of attorney, and HIPPA authorizations, additionally providing some very practical tools such as fiduciary summaries, personal property memoranda, even a record of our computer passwords. The final product is as professional as it gets, available to us in both paper and digital versions. I wholeheartedly recommend Bill and his firm to our co-workers and other friends without reservation. I'm certain our family will continue to consult with Bill and his associates in the future.

The Financial Planning seminar is a must attend. A lot of pertinent information is covered in a succinct and meaningful manner. It is a great starting point for planning for the future. I always thought I could wait, but the seminar makes it clear that estate planning needs to begin now. The information in the seminar is indispensable. The process of developing my trust was professionally handled. Mr. O’Leary patiently and carefully went over every possible scenario, explaining each thoroughly and clearly describing my options for each. During the process, Mr. O’Leary and his staff kept me up to date on the progress of the trust and asked questions as needed to ensure my desires were clearly stated in the trust. In the review of the final product, each part was clearly explained and the trust was provided in an original, paper copy and digital copy. The total experience working with Mr. O’Leary and his staff was one of professionalism at all levels, courteousness, and respect. I was extremely and pleasantly satisfied with the experience and I would highly recommend his services to anyone.
