I hired Ardian to help me with K1 visa process for my fiance. This was in February 2021. We knew our case had potential to be complicated and it was. Ardian and Sonila worked tirelessly for almost 3.5 years on our case. From k1, AOS, waiver for inadmissibility to finally getting the green card. In my opinion this is the best immigration lawyer in Jacksonville. I had an incredibly hard case. My husband’s green card was denied and he was given a 5 year bar for an order of removal in absentia. This meant he was stuck in El Salvador and our family was was being torn apart. I was at the time living in Texas and called multiple lawyers and no one would take my case. My sister had recently moved to Jacksonville from Tennessee so I started calling lawyers in Florida. Mr.Gjoka answered the phone and I remember asking him “Is there any hope?” He said there is always hope. Those words gave me enough faith to pack my bags leave Houston and drive to Florida with my 3 kids and 2 dogs the next week. On April 12th my husband’s green card was approved and our family has been reunited. God is good and I know it was God that put all the pieces together. I am forever grateful.
