I'm a single father who's been struggling to make ends meet. My kids livee with me 4 nights a week. When I received a notice from DOR that I was responsible for over 800 a month in child support. It also stated I owed 30000 in arrears. After spending close to 4 thousand dollars possibly more, they never sent me an itemized invoice. From what I understand there was a very small balance still owed. Lee told me so long as he got the last check from my family of 1000 dollars,!which he got, that he wouldn't worry about the small balance. Well in mediation we settled I still owed 380 a month in support but my arrears were at to 0. Sounds like a win or at least a compromise. Until Lee did not send our final agreement to the judge for over six months until my child support started again at the full amount. I've also received an email for a collection attempt of nearly twice the amount I originally owed. Not a phone call just an email saying pay up or we're going to wreck your credit....through the entire process Lee was uninterested, difficult to get a hold of and ultimately didn't care that I wad still paying child support despite having my kids for at least 50% of the time. I'm not the type to leave reviews or state my bitterness publically. But the worst thing I could have done for my case was walk into his office

Great experience. My husband and I had out wills and directives drawn up. Mr Hayden was very informative and completed the process in a reasonable time.

If I could give this firm a zero i would. I was mailed a traffic citation, never pulled over or knew there was an infraction. My wife checked the mail and found the citation for careless driving "For passing in a no passing zone." So I hired this firm bc I know that if this did occur the officer who wrote the ticket could have personally delivered and pulled me over bc we were in gridlock traffic. I hired this firm to help me get justice, and what I we given by Hayden law was a Lot of no returned phone calls, the receptionist knew that the lawyer was pleading out with out my consent. I paid triple what the ticket would have cost, points were dropped supposedly but I have now lost my insurance that I have been with for 20 years. Maybe this case wasn't priority for this firm, maybe they settled my case to win another but very disappointed in the way this was handled. All I wanted my hired lawyer to do was confront the officer who made the accusation, and that never happened. So if you hire this law firm, expect poor representation.
