Overcharging for services
“I was charged me 3500 for few emails and review contract on a residential property contract ! When I asked for invoice, I received an exaggerated invoice to reflect the amount he was charging us.”

Lack of expertise in some matters
“They didn't know what they where doing. The title company handled everything such as survey & title search, but this firm sent unnecessary emails and phone call time to ring up the bill and we got stuck paying for emails.”
