Cristal wasn't really too aware of the services that are provided and seemed a bit bothered if anything by the call and when asked if they offer sliding scale services. Definitely need to improve her communication skills and costumer service.

Adam is such an honest and experienced lawyer that you can hear his years of experience within minutes of working with him. He truly wants to protect his clients even if that means he suggests a path that earns him less. How refreshing to work with a lawyer who is so clearly capable of litigation and winning and still offers you the best strategy for saving money at his expense. Aldo and his team prepared mom's Quick Claim deed in 2007 and estate documents in 2015. After mom retired, she stayed home for quite some time then was finally talked into going to the local Senior Citizens Community Center. She enjoys the activities, field trips, and visiting. Unfortunately she heard many stories about family turmoil after death of family member. So mom shared some of the stories and her wishes with Aldo and his team. They updated her estate documents to include necessary modifications for new law and sent a file to me. I read and shared my understanding to mom. I wrote down our questions and shared with Aldo and his team via email. When warranted, corrections were made and an updated file sent. We scheduled a meeting to review the documents and sign. By the way, was concerned about phishing when received a Recorded Deed Notice for service fee. Glad was skeptical - most like the information came from public records so did not pay the invoice. Obviously we will continue using their service and recommend others.
