Excellent business law attorney.

I have retained Attorney Gene Lipscher on two different cases. He is a great business attorney. The first time I met Mr. Lipscher he drew up a noncompete contract for my business employees. Twice I have used his services for this Non-compete contract and both times the case went in my favor if you are in need of a good business attorney for all situations this is the guy. If he cannot get back to you immediately his assistant Kristi Hartman will be in touch with you with any information regarding your case. She is efficient and a pleasure to Converse with. 5 stars!

I met with Mr. Lipscher and his legal assistant Kristi Hartmann on 10 September 2020. I had an excellent experience, they; accommodated my appointment at short notice, answered my questions clearly and in terms I was able to understand and were able to convey to me the legal level of comfort that I needed.

I was not having any sucess getting my former employer to provide me with proof of coverage for a long term disability policy for which I was contributing towards while employed there. Carter Downs contacted them and demanded they produce proof of a policy. With the assistance of Mr. Downs they provided the policy information that I was unable to obtain without his help.

Carter was very professional. He helped me resolve a money deposit issue with renters who were very difficult. His communication, follow-up and attention to detail was excellent. Appreciated his honesty. Will certainly recommend and if need be - contact Carter for legal help again!

Mr. Downs helped me negotiate sponsor agreements, and with his help, I was able to get the other party to include very favorable terms on my end. Mr. Downs also made himself available to discuss matters whenever needed.
