earl and charles were successful on obtaining my funds (and more) from a sale of a boat. The crooked dealer would not release funds until mallory engaged. The were very ofrceful and agressive in negotiating a full settlement.

He was very knowledgeable but I need a lawyer who doesn't charge as much as he does. Better yet someone who will take my case on Contingency.

We contacted Earl Mallory on Feb 22nd to assist with getting my son out of Fair Oaks at Delray Mefical Center since he was not given due process. Mr. Mallory immediately got the situation under control after meeting with my son and myself and got Dominick released less than 24 hours later. He is professional and courteous and knows the law and his clients right! A great attorney that I highly recommend!

3 other lawyers gave feedback on a question that amounted to "consult a lawyer" in regards to a generic question about representation. Earl Mallory was the only one to give an answer that was helpful! My question didn't use the appropriate legal keywords as I was unfamiliar with the term "John Doe." Had I used that I might have received an answer from someone else. Earl took the time to understand the question, even though I was using lay-person terms and gave an excellent answer. Thank you!

I hired Mr. Mallory for his tenacity, knowledge and no BS attitude after "separating" from my previous attorney who, in my opinion, was too "lightweight" to go after the Defendant. Earl Mallory was able to "intensify" the Complaint, as it should have been from my prior counsel, which caused the defendant and his counsel to settle rather quickly. I am a disabled, retired physician, and I was swindled by a contractor, who turned out to be unlicensed.. However, the contractor told me he was licensed, and also lied about his certification, training, and experience in order to be hired. I am sorry that I trusted, or believed this dishonest contractor, and suffered extensive, and significant financial loss, and major property damages, as a result . It was one of the biggest mistakes I have ever made in my life. Besides the fraud, of which I was a victim, of this dishonest contractor, there are also extensive property damages that occurred due to his unlicensed activities, and lack of experience, training, certification, and expertise.. Considering what happened, I needed an expert attorney, and found Mr. Mallory on AVVO.. I sent an email , through AVVO, and Mr. Mallory's office manager responded promptly, as did Mr. Mallory. The help that they have given me, has been phenomenal. During my medical career, I had extensive experience with attorneys, because I worked as an expert witness in medical malpractice cases.
