As a tenant, I have nothing but the highest praise for Jeremy Pigott! I had the unfortunate experience of having two, back-to-back "slumlords" for condos that I was renting. He even SAVED me money by pointing out why certain actions that I wanted to take were unnecessary or even detrimental. He handled both matters expeditiously and professionally.
