Hired to handle a summary administration for my mother. There was only a single asset— a house— so I expected a fairly quick resolution. The sale of the house was delayed when this office failed to file a death certificate. Delays caused at several other points by taking several weeks to file simple paperwork. Doesn’t seem given the fee structure where you pay up front that they have any incentive to work in a timely manner.

have never had the need for expertise in elder planing so I let my fingers do the walking and they led me to Anne Cartwright law firm. from the very start our case was a mess but the entire staff was all in, then when we had to change the entire plan at the last minute they came thru again. like I said our case was a mess and when it went south due to nobody involved fault they were right there on the front line for us again.
