Excellent business law attorney.

I have retained Attorney Gene Lipscher on two different cases. He is a great business attorney. The first time I met Mr. Lipscher he drew up a noncompete contract for my business employees. Twice I have used his services for this Non-compete contract and both times the case went in my favor if you are in need of a good business attorney for all situations this is the guy. If he cannot get back to you immediately his assistant Kristi Hartman will be in touch with you with any information regarding your case. She is efficient and a pleasure to Converse with. 5 stars!

I met with Mr. Lipscher and his legal assistant Kristi Hartmann on 10 September 2020. I had an excellent experience, they; accommodated my appointment at short notice, answered my questions clearly and in terms I was able to understand and were able to convey to me the legal level of comfort that I needed.

Mr. Lipscher has represented me in several civil matters in recent years. In a presuit mediation matter, Mr. Lipscher got me the desired outcome. In another civil matter in which I was named as a defendant, he negotiated a resolution on my behalf that resulted in me being dropped as a defendant, and any causes of action against me being dismissed with prejudice, thus avoiding a costly trial to clear my name. Mr. Lipscher is a skilled advocate, and his professionalism and ethics are beyond reproach.

I was sued for improper installation of product and Mr. Lipscher represented my company. After winning the case the first time it was appealed and he won the argument again with The Third District Court of Appeals.
