I received a speeding citation over Labor Day weekend and was referred to Richard Wunsch by another attorney in the keys, and although his assistant Maria constantly reminded me that they focus on criminal law they took on my case and the outcome wasn’t the worst but it wasn’t the best. I never received a call for my court date and after court it took 2 days of me calling and being reminded their focus is on criminal law before I was able to find out how my case went. If you have any traffic issues in the Keys I’d go elsewhere, unless you need a criminal defense attorney as I’ve been told that’s their focus.
