While on vacation in Key West, I found myself in a situation requiring an attorney. After calling around and being referred to Alan and team by a few other firms, we gave him a call. From the first phone call, I knew we had made the right choice. Both Alan and Phil, along with their support staff guided me through the process and took care of everything. I was educated in the process and kept up to date on everything. Ultimately, they were able to get all charges dropped and my case dismissed... all without having to travel back to Florida! I highly recommend their services!!

I contacted Alan when I ran into some problems while on vacation in the keys. When i hired Alan and his team, he and his team were on the job quickly and professionaly with explaining the process, managing expectations, communications, and options. I got into trouble after a traffic stop in Key Largo. Needless to say I needed legal help and got into contact with Alan Fowler and his team. Highly pleased with the attentiveness, the communication, and professionalism that was showed.

After defending myself from being assaulted by my fiance we both ended up in jail on domestic violence charges. We both signed paperwork declining to press charges against the other. Problem was, they dropped her charges but due to lack of communication, continued fwd with felony charges against me. My job requires that i be able to hold a security clearance, a conviction would have caused me to lose my clearance therefore losing my job. I was also facing jail time if convicted. But, through their persistence and diligence all charges were dropped and my case was dismissed. Which means I'm able to keep my career, my conceal carry permit and my dignity. After speaking with five or six other attorneys, I hired Alan Fowler's firm to represent me in a case where I had criminal charges falsely filed against me. The fact a judge signed off on the arrest warrant five days after the alleged incident based on hearsay with no hard evidence was troubling enough and it was an incredibly traumatizing experience as it was not only the first time being in the "system", I also saw how corrupt it can be when someone just decides to make something up about you - and the system supports that. I needed someone who believed me and who would fight for me. Because the prosecution had no evidence, they drug it out as long as they could and ultimately I was vindicated - two years later. I did a review and search of lawyers in Key West and i came across Alan's firm. upon more reasearch I decided to retain his services. I am glad that I did. My case was a F.T.A. ( Failure To Appear.) When I got intouch with him he came across as. very Polite and Professional. He was very understanding that I was stressed about the whole thing. As we talked i got the feeling that he really cared about my case and assured me that he would all that he could to obtain the results that I was wanting. Well he did that and I am truly greatful and appreciative for that. His methodology and he introduced me to an audio file that explained the legal system in the Keys. That really put my mind at rest. I am really surprised that this approach is not used more by other Lawyers. My case was tossed out and for that I am truly greatful.
