Sam helped me navigate and understand a tricky legal situation, making sure I understood each step of the way what was happening. Sam and his team also helped me with my estate planning, which is not exactly a fun thing to think about. But Sam made it a great experience!

Do not use this man or his firm no matter what. he is a liar and a sham. to say the least he is incompetent. but, there is so much more. you will find yourself trying to sue him for malpractice. at which point he will delay and stall so as to cause you to spend thousands more on legal fees you will never recover. he will lie and say he is an expert in areas he is not. he will charge you to do research in areas he says are important to your case. but, he will still no nothing about the laws or cases which he was to research. it will be obvious, he did no such research. he will involve attorneys at other firms without your permission and charge you thousands for it. he will not depose the witness for your case and if you force him to. he will instead casually talk to them the day before court. he will never be prepared. the judges hate and yell at him. because he isnt prepared he will call witnesses that do you so much damage you will loose the case. there is more and we will list it all later. we will also post using other forms of media. later we will leave contact info for us and links to sights that show more proof. please do not ever trust this man. samuel j kaufman
