I contacted Sam Kaufman on behalf of a client whose mother had recently passed and needed a Determination of Homestead in order to be able to sell her property. Sam had this done in a few weeks! I would highly recommend Sam and his firm.

My experience with Mr. Sonnenklar is that he doesn't do his work. He stops responding to emails and phone calls abruptly.He purposely currently staying on a family members case so that they cannot get an public defender in the limited time there is to process an belated appeal. Yes a belated appeal because he didn't put one in even though we paid him to. We had to get another lawyer to do it months later. He's the worst. All these reviews must be his friends because he doesn't do a THING. BEWARE. not on your side, seems to work with prosection cause why wouldn't you put in the appeal? We had to get someone else to do it and you knew time was of the essence!!

Mr. Sonnenklar, when will you relieve yourself off of my brothers case. You didn't put in his appeal that we paid you to do, and we didn't discover this almost a whole year later and you stopped contacting or replying to emails. Are you purposely sabatoging my brothers case. You haven't done anything for him since March of last year & not been in contact with us. So why are you still on his case as his lawyer. You know he cannot get a public defender until you relieve yourself off of his case. We paid you and you barely did anything. If anyone reads this please stay away from this lawyer, I feel he has too many ties to really do his work if its a conflict of interest to the prosecutor and other lawyers as well as police officers. He appears to hold them at a higher standard than his actual clients. Please stay away or you'll be just like my family suffering and hurt.

I’m very grateful for the outstanding work Mr. Jared was able to do for my son,highly efficient and super helpful,fast results and reasonable rates,which is exactly what someone needs went a loved one is in trouble.
