My family and I were very inexperienced in personal injury law when we contacted the Attorneys at Florida Keys Injury Lawyers. Mr. Lyons and his staff were very helpful, knowledgable and coached us through the whole process. Our car accident was on the way home from my grandfather's funeral, we were hit by someone intoxicated and our young teenage daughter was injured. The stress of the whole experience was traumatizing and overwhelming. We can not say enough about how comforting it was to go to someone who really looked out for our family and genuinely helped us during a terrible time. Whenever we had questions, they were answered very quickly and accurately. If something came up, they handled it and made us feel at ease and we basically put everything in their hands and couldn't be happier with our choice to contact Mr. Lyons. Our Chiropractor, Dr. Leto from Key West, was right in his suggestion saying that Mr. Lyons was one of the best. We were always treated very well and always made to feel like a top priority.

My wife was hit by a car while she was crossing the street in KW. She was in the Cross walk when this occurred. The police and paramedics arrived to assist us. The paramedics suggested she let them take her to the emergency room to be checked out. She told them she wasn’t in that my pain and declined. The following day the pain was becoming unbearable so we decided to go to urgent care. As we could see that there were going to be medical costs and possibly long term injuries, we contacted Marc and Vanessa. We cannot say enough about how they handled her case. Most of our communication was through email. We always had answers within 24 hours. However, whenever we needed to talk to someone, Vanessa was always available. They completed everything from start to finish. The driver as it turns out didn’t have liability insurance. Luckily we carried uninsured motorist coverage on our policy. Marc and Vanessa worked directly with our insurance company and medical providers to sort everything out. In the end we had very little involment other than a few signatures and so forth. They were able to recover enough to pay her medical bills and still have some left over for her pain, suffering and inconvenience. We hope we’ll never need their services again, but we would certainly not hesitate to call them again if we needed legal assistance. Thank you, Scott and Elaine
