Michael is a no nonsense attorney who will step up to bat for you when you need someone to represent you. All of the other "big firms' you see on tv, you do not get to work with them, just their associated who just Finished law school with no experience. I got to the office and I was welcomed by a very nice assistant, eager to hear what I have to say, make copies of all my paperwork and make me sign all the papers to be represented by the lawyer that just happened NOT to be there for the appointment I had made to see him a day before. Mr. Udowychennko showed up over an hour late, stormed thru his office while texting. About 10 or 15 minutes later entered the conference room where I was still waiting for the assistant to finish making copies of my paperwork, and without introducing himself or even giving me a handshake, he asked what was I looking for from him. I started to explain and he realized the copies of the paper work had not been completed, so while I was talking to him and without even saying excuse me, he stormed out of the conference room and yielded at his assistant: “I can’t work without the copies, call me when ready”. At that point I was ready to leave such a rude individual, but I needed my papers back. He come back when copies were ready, hardly heard me and told me he was not interested in representing me since it did not looked like my case was going to be worth his while. A total waist of my time, and a highly disappointing experience, to see a supposedly educated individual treat a potential client so rudely. I would not recommend such a rude individual to anyone. I always heard that “politeness doesn’t take away bravery” I guess he never heard of it. PS: My case was gladly taken by another firm.
