I'm really disappointed by this people we pay to be legally represented by this lawyer and when the court date came and we were in front of the judge he turns around to us and tell us plea no contest and we were confused cause if ur paying to be represented you shouldn't have to be in front of the judge by your self and they still have the balls to ask for a full payment people please make your self a favor and go some place else where you gonna get really legal representation this people like easy money because i could off have done that without having to pay them, not only this but every time i call the office the lawyer was never there to answer my questions or call and his secretary never knew how to answer my questions also the lawyer was very arrogant and cocky really horrible customer service I wasted my money

Her assistant was very nice, but don't go past her to Ms. Silva. Might as well throw your thousands (because that's what it will cost you) out the window. She never had me take the online parenting class, which should have been done immediately. She interviewed my children, which cost me $275, and when they said they wanted to keep the visitation at one afternoon a week, she laughed at them. They were 14 and 17, and they did not want to be spending any nights with him. He had been abusive for four years. When I finally went to the court house to do the paperwork to get him thrown out, he had been abusing me for years, and she hadn't done anything. If a friend who came as a witness to the trail, hadn't come, I'm sure we would have lost. She was so nervous, and she has been an attorney for over 20 years. Then I find out after $9,000 plus to her, that after I finally got him out of the house, he was supposed to continue to pay the bills, just like he had been there. He used to send any bill he received to Ms. Silva, and she would forward them on to me. So, now I'm broke, but I was able to keep my kids safe. She had no intention of keeping my children safe. When my second attorney saw my case online, she was shocked that Ms. Silva had been so negligent. Any good review is probably from an abusive guy, or a paid person.
