My husband and I went through a bankruptcy and used the Benenati Law Firm. They were so helpful. They answered all of our questions, some of them more than once!! Most of them we emailed in and we got a response that same day or the next day unless it was a weekend. We worked with Ana, a paralegal, a good part of the time And she was polite, friendly and personable and very knowledgeable!! We certainly appreciated all of her hard work. We also worked with Jennifer some. We also spent several hours with Ana at the office. She gave us a list of paperwork that was required and went over everything so that we new what to expect during the hearing. Because our case happened during the pandemic, we had our hearing by phone. So Ana was with us on the phone. One other thing about the Benenati Firm as they gave us plenty of time to pay the fees necessary to do the bankruptcy. We had 6 months to send them all the money for their fees and the court fees so we didn’t have to come up with the money all at once. That was a huge blessing!!

Mr. Benenati's team received me well at their Kissimmee office and soon I was able to explain what I was going through. They did a quick assessment of what could take place given my situation. I made the decision to move ahead and these people moved ahead like a freight train to take care of me. The end result is exactly what they painted for me in the beginning, and I could never be more happy. Life DOES have a reset button, when you engage the correct team and Benenati IS the team.
