After being referred to this agency by the Florida Bar Lawyer Referral Agency I connected with Attorney Carpenter and he did a fantastic job at addressing my concerns and answering my questions regarding my case. I have yet to retain his services due to the circumstances of my case, but will happily do so considering that he was knowledgeable and confident in review of my case. Additionally, I will add, his rates seem very fair.

I never dealt with them

I don’t think there are words to describe the blessing Joy was when I was going through a very contentious custody battle with my ex husband. My daughters had been taken from me legally for taking them out of state because of DV. I had lost access to them because he has filed first- and was not allowed to see them. I hired Joy as my attorney and she was really there for me every step of the way. I wasn’t in the best state of mind and she pushed me when it was needed. She fought for me when I didn’t think I had the willpower to go on. And the parenting plan she crafted was so impressive that even the other attorney was impressed. The level of determination, expertise and dedication, I will forever be grateful to Joy. Now I have them full time and much better terms with my ex. I don’t know where we would be or if I had been able to regain custody if it has not been for this lady. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
