First, Andrew was recommended via a title company. As an out-of-state investor, I needed to change the title to a property and had to trust he had my best interest in mind. After several questions, he actually recommended I seek to make my change via another channel to save me money and ensure I didn't see issues with my trust. Andrew could have easily taken my money, made the change, and I may have never known I could have issues with my trust. We need more "good humans"; I believe in an afterlife and think he will have a special place there, even though he is a Cowboys fan. ; ) If you need help, look no further!
