I had a phone appointment scheduled with the attorney at 10 a.m., but she never called. I tried reaching the office at 10:05 a.m., and the receptionist informed me that the attorney was busy with another call. Hours went by, and I still didn't hear back from them. I had phone consultation appointment set for noon, nobody ever called so about 20 after I called them. The person that answered said that they see the appointment but there was nobody available to talk to and that they would call as soon as someone became available. Well no one ever called!
