Do not expect a good outcome I lost $150 consultation fee just to realized this attorney couldn't handle my case due his lack of expertise and comprehension. My questions were left unanswered, his elder secretary interrupted the consultation many times, employees need some training on manners, professional language and dress code. Very disappointed.

Do not trust I got a consultation and asked for an interpreter because my mother and me dont speak English very well. The secretary told me they have a certified translator that was available everyday. When showed up for the appointment they forgot to put it in his calendar and the employees were eating and just ignored us. The older secretary was the interpreter and asked to pay cash for the consultation. Her spanish was poor and basic and she Was rude and careless The consultation was a complete failure. The old lady wasn't translating properly and the attorney wouldn't answer our concerns. This firm showed irresponsible and unprofessional conduct. Of course my mother didn't hire him. We lost 45 minutes of our time and $150 consultation fee. Do not hire this firm.

Besides the bad reviews I decided to give it a chance and booked a consultation with this attorney. What a waste of time and money! He shouldn't be allowed to represented people. He was rude and unprofessional. Very disappointed.

Su secretaria aparentemente traducía incorrectamente mis preguntas y respuestas, abusaron de la confianza en la comunicación y distorcionaron la verdad. Es el peor abogado que pude haber contratado. Fue un error confiar y creer en su palabra. Perdí mi dinero y dejo mi caso abandonado. No se lo recomiendo a nadie.

In my opinion fake posts are dishonest. Paying to get good reviews and to deleted the bad ones just show the intention to fool the community. This lawyer abandoned my case and lied in court. Check for court public records, that’s the best evidence of his low poor quality work. Do not hire. He worked with a disbarred attorney who did a wrong legal research in my case. Careful with your accusations Greschner. Ex clients that were fooled by you should file a Bar complaint like I just did. Again everyone should check your previous legal work and definitely won’t hire you

This man has saved my entire life! I was battling a custody case from out of state and he fought hard for me to have my rights as a father. I have been reunited with my children and without this man's help I wouldn't have been able to do it! He fought for me as if it was his own children. Thank you to Mr. Greschner and everyone working with him in this law office. I am finally able to move forward with my life and with my children by my side. I highly recommend this lawyer.

No good no bueno, this guy is absolutely no good, he is the worst on divorce a lot of people complaint of him taking their money and not doing anything, he should be shut down !! Stay away

I hired Joseph Greschner years ago and He gave me the wrong legal advice, He mishandled my case and later on his paralegal April referred me to another attorney that may could finish my case. I never got a refund of my money and never returned my phone calls and emails. Hiring him was a big mistake.

Lack of honesty, knowledge, experience and ethics, just to mention a few. It’s interesting how some friends and employees post good reviews for him, and my previous review was deleted. Abandoned my paternity case after filed many wrong pleadings and motions, presented frivolous demands, lied in court and didn’t follow and comply with the due process in my divorce. I hope He will be investigated and sanctioned for misconducts and neglect behavior by the Florida Bar.
