I hired Mr. Kelley in mid-April for my girlfriend for a domestic battery charge. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, however, it was extremely difficult to get any immediate answers from the state or even reach any resolution. I explained in detail the misunderstanding of the entire case to Mr. Kelley and he was extremely direct, confident & reassuring. We did not have to go to court even once and everything was done by phone. In exactly one month, Mr. Kelley was able to get the case DISMISSED. Thank you again for all your help and great service! I would definitely work with him again and also would recommend hiring him to anyone in search of a lawyer.

My family and I had no idea how to begin dealing with my case. This was the first time we ever dealt with the legal system first-hand. I would like to provide a recommendation for Attorney Kelley. I had a very serious case and contacted Richard for help. Due to the nature of the case, urgency was needed in settling this matter. Upon contacting Kelley's office, I received an immediate response. I spoke briefly with Richard, and he took my case on the spot, and scheduled me to come in and discuss it in detail with him.
