Does this organization really want to help anyone? Showed up a Friday. Doors locked. Ring door bell. Nothing. Two other people show up. No response for them as well. Came back later, door still locked. Rang the doorbell again. Got someone on speaker. Said to make an appointment online. Tried and tried. Won't let me. Complete about 5 pages of questions, and then it brings me back to the beginning. Did this three times. Answered and reviewed ALL questions. Nothing to help me with what's wrong. I'm a senior looking for a direction for possible legal service. Frustrating

Unfortunately they were not able to assist me in my specific circumstances but they did for me to the proper direction and I did find somebody to help me.

They are closed to public, they will no see anybody without appointment.
