I had the pleasure of working with Pamela Padilla and her team, specially Vilmarie after a car accident. The first attorney I retained was forgetful, his team didn’t keep up with records or documents I provided them with, it was very stressful and it felt like I was the attorney on the case. I was passed around the firm when I finally decided to retain Pam. From day one Pam was super friendly and personal. Our first phone conversation lasted an hour! Where she took the time To break everything down for me. From the process, to how the law worked and how it would be applied in my case. Her and her team lifted all the weight off of my shoulders and took care of absolutely everything. Vilmarie kept me updated without me having to go to them which I appreciated since I never got that either he past firm. I cannot put into words how absolutely amazing they were throughout the whole process. I am forever grateful for their professionalism and unconditional support through this difficult moment in my life. There is no doubt that she will always be my to go person.
