Dan at Duane's office helped me through a complicated legal case. I was grateful for his guidance through the process and especially appreciated his honesty. I'd recommend him without hesitation! Absolutely five stars but hope to not have to use him again, if you know what I mean. 😄

I called this office, to find out what I could do to collect lost wages. I was told to give up because I wasn't hurt and go back to work because insurance companies didn't pay lost wages unless you're hurt. Thank you for that, because I did it alone, got what I asked for and no lawyer's fee to pay.

This guy is scared to fight for injured ppl. He only wants the easiest cases. Even if your injury is as serious as a car accident but instead a slip and fall or a work related injury he'll say, and I quote, "Your case is too hard to handle because its not a car injury." So basically he will only go after car insurance companies he will not fight for someone personally nor will he go after someone who is responsible for you injury if they don't have insurance even if the person responsible for the injury is a millionaire. He is a lazy lawyer and I've met many lawyers being a paralegal and Duane Tomas is by far the most incompetent attorney in Lake City.
