My family hired Teresa Morgan and her law firm for estate planning and Medicaid application for our mother who has Alzheimer's disease. Teresa is compassionate and understanding and clearly wants the best for her clients. She is extremely knowledgeable with Elder Law and our questions were always answered in a timely manner. Met with Roberta Getzan regarding probate of my husband’s estate. I had some decisions to make about which way to process the assets and about a month later sent an email to the office. I know this can be uncomfortable on so many levels. It's something you keep putting off and you hate discussing it. We felt the same way. Mrs Morgan had helped with a parents elder care and did a fabulous job. It gave us an idea of things we had not planned for in our lives. She introduced us to Mrs. Getzan and I'm proud to say she walked us through, hand in hand beside us. We have a peace of mind now. Thank you to all of them at this office. They get to know you and they keep up with updates etc. In other words they have great customer service.

Extremely professional firm. We worked with Roberta who spent alot of time getting to know us and members our families, all of whom live outside of FL. After we expressed our wishes, we had numerous discussions on the best way to accomplish our goals, the documents needed, and the legal impact of our decisions. Roberta continued to explain various issues until she was sure we understood the answers. Our documents were prepared accurately and provided in a professional manner. Everyone in the office is friendly and polite. Great Experience!

We highly recommend this practice for thorough and comprehensive elder care and estate planning. These attorneys and their staff strive to get to know you and your family personally and keep you updated on changes in tax laws and other issues that may affect your senior years. We have confidence that when the time comes to settle our affairs they will work with our sons and make it easy to manage our estate as we designed it.

Morgan & Getzan are the best of the best. Teresa set my trust plan up in 2009. We sit down face to face every year to review changes and keep things up to date.
