Repeatedly failed to respond to my request of an itemized bill. Made crude & false accusation. Has admitted I'm not the only one unhappy with his lack of professionalism along with admission to his mental instability. These issues need to be addressed in order for people to make a informed decisions in obtaining the most effective representation. He's been fired &STILL has not met my requests for prove of payment.

Went from very helpful and professional, to the exact opposite. And now makes empty threats via Text Message to my sister, Nicole Newsome. That's a problem, Mr. Moussa. We'll be taking this matter to the State of Florida. Not a good look, sir. Give this guy your money at your own risk, and watch him retaliate to my review like he did my sister.

I DO NOT recommend this firm. Paid a $3500 retainer almost a year ago for a probate case, have had no movement on the case in months, will not return emails, has my money that I want back, had to hire another attorney, and Google now shows his office is Temporarily Closed.

Would not recommend this firm. He took 4k from my family won't return our documents or payment. Refuses to return our calls. Florida bar is my next stop!!

Jason Moussa has kept me well informed in every step of the probate process of my mother’s estate. He has been very caring, understanding and patient. I would recommend him 100%.
