Having to deal with banks and home owners associations can be daunting and draining. Unfortunately, we've had to deal with both over the last 5 years. Lucky for us, I found Mandy and she helped us keep our sanity while fighting the good fight in court. Mandy took on our HOA and we came out winners. She also helped us navigate the muddied mortgage waters and again, we came out on top. I can't say enough good things about Mandy. She is who you want by your side whether you're going through mediation or court.

Mandy Pavlakos didn't know the law that applied to my case. She advised less-informed. I reviewed the law myself and found there was something she didn't advised and advised something that didn't apply to me. If the lawyer doesn't know the law, who should?!! That's her job. She's not a good lawyer.
