I had an appointment to meet with Bridget in regard to a house that belongs to one of her clients. I arrived to the office building about 15 minutes prior to my scheduled appointment time and waited. She did not come down to introduce herself, nor did she invite me or my family up to her office. We had just driven from Montana all the way to Florida with our 2 children in tow. Her paralegal came down to the lobby and provided us with a key to the house we were supposed to be moving into and asked that we contact her after we see the house in person so that she could electronically send us a lease agreement. The house was infested with termites. We had an exterminator come to inspect the house and were informed that it needed to be condemned, leaving my family homeless. I was disappointed in the way she conducted the transaction, avoiding meeting us from start to finish. She did not follow up with me about the house until the following week, and before this point I was forced to pack up my family and leave the area for the safety of my children. This is not what we were expecting from professional in her field.
