Before I even filed he asked me a series of questions about my particular situation to determine if I qualified to file, if there were any obstacles to filing, if there was a better alternative to filing, and finally what consequences may occur due to filing for bankruptcy. He was very honest and straightforward and explained each of the steps of the process very clearly and afterwards he allowed me to ask questions and take time to think about the decision to file. He plainly listed the fees upfront and I was not charged any additional fees or charges. Alex McClure eased the stress of a difficult situation and made bankruptcy as painless as possible.
