From the first moment that I decided to call attorney McClure, the experience was great. His response to my call was prompt and the way to address the issue was on point. When I read the experience of attorney McClure, made me feel that he would understand this case as he worked on the creditor side. The letter I received from the creditor was time-sensitive and attorney McClure not only explained the options (not creating false expectations) but was straightforward, professional, and compassionate about the situation. This type of situation is not easy, but if you are facing one, I would definitely recommend Attorney McClure.

I contacted Alex McClure to help me with a debt collection lawsuit on a debt that I co-signed for over 10 years ago. Alex explained to me the laws surrounding the Statute of Limitations regarding my type of debt and what I was unfortunately still liable for. Alex then reached out to the other party and helped me settle the debt with a monthly payment I could afford and terms that were reasonable. I feel like Alex took his time with me and answered all my questions. He also guided me in the right direction to make sure I didn’t fall behind in the suit and have a judgement placed against me. I don’t think the outcome would have been as favorable for me if I didn’t have Alex’s help.

My collection nightmare began a year ago. Over the span of a year, I have paid a national credit repair company, internet credit guru and filed a police report to try and get a bogus collection removed, all to no avail. I found an article written by Alex in regards to statute of limitations and how they are misinterpreted by the masses. After about 3 weeks, we had an agreement with the collection agency and a letter stating once I upheld the terms that Alex negotiated they would remove the item completely from all three bureaus. What a great guy! Talked with him on the phone and he explained things to me about dealing with Credit Unions that the bankruptcy lawyer I used a few years ago in South Carolina never disclosed. If I'd had that information back then, I'd not be in the horrible financial situation I'm in now.
