Out on bond for a year, facing 3 felony charges with an ankle monitor on and no progress or light at the end of the tunnel. My first attorney failed me significantly and couldn’t make any positive moves forward for me. I drove from Pensacola to Jacksonville and he did not show up. But that’s when I met Alex in the court room. We exchange information and he reached back out to me very promptly. I told him exactly what was going on in my case and what direction I wanted to move forward in. Alex did just that, I was ankle monitor free, with no more financial burden and blisters on my ankle. In just 2 months of obtaining him! He was present for me in the court room, when my first lawyer couldn’t show up or never communicated with me. Alex was the exact opposite! He made sure to text/call me or if I called him and he was unavailable, he’d get back to me asap. In my particular case, it was not easy getting the verdict I did. But Alex made it happen. With three major felonies, looking at serious jail time, probation and regrettably a 3x convicted felon. None of these things happened except probation! Alex was able to work wonders with the state and have 2 felonies dropped. And the third one pushed too, a withheld adjudication on my (resisting arrest with violence) charge. I inevitably only have probation for the next 2 years, I must write 2 letters for the arresting officers and take A.M classes. I truly couldn’t be more please and thankful for all Alex has done for me and helped me with. I could say more and go into detail on the behalf of Mr. Smith-Johnson, but the official conclusion for my charges speaks for itself. I am officially a free man again.

Alex was AMAZING!! I mean literally… AMAZING!! we found him in the courtroom the day our lawyer did not show up for us, for the 3rd time!!!! Alex took over the case as soon as I asked. He was more than willing to help. He is so sincere and empathetic & truly had our trust almost immediately!!
