awful terrible, stay away from these crooks! I was told they could give me advice on my student loans. After i paid and started the consultation, Jon told me he wasnt an expert in student loans , so he couldnt help me that much...he wound up calling another lawyer- 3rd party phone call- and i wound up paying for 2 lawyers- and NO advice worthy to speak of!

Wow. Can’t believe this attorney spent time on the phone with me. This is amazing. I am in shock because normally you would get a customer service person and then talk to 15 different people before you get to talk to the actual attorney. Mr McClure was like an open book and helped me with my issue over the phone. BTW. Alex McClure is absolutely wonderful. I cannot say enough positive things about him. I had contacted him after receiving a call from what seemed to be a debt collection agency . Mr. McClure returned my call within the hour and took time to explain and break down everything they had said to me on the phone. He is knowledgeable and experienced, yet still can explain everything to you in a way that is easy for the everyday person to understand.
