Very comfortable

Tried to give a call. I couldn’t hear and kept asking can they hear me. The lady on the other end rudely answered ‘again how can I help you’ instead of simply saying ‘yes I can hear.’ If this is the treatment on a first call I can only imagine working and paying my money to these people.

The moment we met Attorney Rose Feller she felt more like family than a distant stranger because she took the case as personally as we did. Although she couldn’t make any promises, her confidence in representing us was like that of a superhero; and she is our Super Hero!!!!! I’d like to point out Attorney Roses’ assistant (Daniel) and James, in accounting, have kept in constant communication with us whenever we had any questions or concerns. With the help of our Almighty God (Jesus) and this incredible Firm — the Case has officially been Dropped. We cried & celebrated on the phone together. Our family is soo grateful to the entire team of people who fight on behalf of the innocent. We pray God blesses you all, both personally and professionally.
