Hefley saved my life 9 yrs ago. I was facing about 50 charges in 9 different cases. Nothing crazy or violent but a lot of felonies, police really wanted to put me away. Every time I bonded out they added charges and arrested me again, and my behavior at the time wasn't helpful. He told me the harsh truth about what I was facing and what to do and what it would cost to have a chance at not going back to prison. The charges were unfair but it was a whole mess of stuff to deal with that he had to explain over and over. He kept telling me don't worry just stay out of trouble and keep working. Every time a court date came up he would either call me last minute or show up at court and tell me he had a good deal, no jail time. For all 9 cases. Now I have a family and a home, successful business. I just hired him at random, didn't even think I had a chance at the time. But I hope others can read this and find the hope to see the worthwhile investment in your future if you are facing criminal charges. My freedom is worth so much more than I paid.

I hired this attorney to represent me . He did not! Instead he gave me a paper to sign that I was guilty. And this was after I paid him $3000.00. He never educated me to the law or how he was going to fight for me as not guilty. He condemned me before the prosecutor did. He had to be forced by the judge to come to court to stand besides me. Beware!

I was arrested and facing serious charges, and was very scared. Mr. Hefley called the prosecutor and explained my side of the story and showed them my mitigation. He got my charges dismissed. He is obviously very well respected by the courts, and the Judge even complimented him saying he’s a very fine lawyer. Unlike most lawyers, he answers the phone and welcomes client calls even on the weekends and in the evening. He worked with me unselfishly on the price and even gave me a great payment plan.
