I have dealt with Weaver Loveless on multiple occasions. After my father passed away Shelby helped my mother and I change her POAs so I could care for her. Then after my mother passed away Shelby was able to help me record Mom's will. She was very kind with both of us. Recently it was time for estate planning. Jim was there to make sure we had all avenues covered for our special circumstances. He even took out clauses that gave me pause. I recommend this law firm for your needs.

Shelby listened to all my concerns and requests for Estate Planning and explained all the changes we made to the draft documents. I hesitated about a Power of Attorney but she explained the importance of having one in place, just in case. Not a month later a bank transaction had to be made or I’d face hundreds of dollars in fees or penalties. I was sick and unable to go to bank. Because of Shelby’s forethought, my son took the document to my bank and made the transaction on my behalf. I highly recommend Shelby Loveless and her staff for your legal needs.
