Found Weaver Loveless Law on the web and had great reviews. Met with Jim and discussed our needs. Jim was able to answer all our questions and prepare all the documents. Everything we had was very old and needed to be re-written. Highly Recommend.

I appreciate how much attention everyone put into my estate planning. Due to the unfortunate passing of my mom, Mr. Weaver and his staff were very compassionate and took care of everything my mom wanted to do and more. We had to amend Estate Planning documents created by another lawyer in 2020 who was no longer in business After several meetings with the Weaver Loveless team we were very impressed with their caring, knowlegable and practical advice They were able to generate Estate Planning and Health Care documents quickly and at very reasonable price. We wished that we had meet them sooner and would highly recommend them for your Legal needs

I do not think anyone really has experience planning their estate, so you heavily rely on the lawyer that you hire. Shelby made the wife and I feel very comfortable by explaining all the legal documents, promptly answering all our questions via multiple emails, being punctual, and very professional. Not an item that we were displeased with.

Atty. She does and presents her
responses and her points regarding her case in timely fashion and in layman's terms.
I recommend her highly.
The staff that assist her is also very knowledgeable and does not hesitate to keep her clients
abreast of all paperwork/filings.

Ms. Loveless assisted me with issues related to my mother's estate. She handled the matters with ease, kindness, and efficiency. I was/am truly grateful for her. I highly recommend her. She is wonderful. I will also note that her team is responsive and professional. Final note: a large Winter Haven probate law firm would not help me. They referred me to Ms. Loveless, which ended up being the best thing for me and my family.
