I cannot thank this immigration lawyer enough for their incredible work. After my cousin who lived with me was taken into ICE custody, The family was lost and scared, but this firm was there every step of the way. They were always available to answer my questions, give us advice, and work with us with empathy and understanding. They disappeared after our family member was deported in September 2023. My families experience with Mr. Heberto & Ms. Evelyn was horrible, and I pray they do not handle another family as insincere as they did mine. We trusted this firm as for we had little knowledge of our situation, so we payed $3,500 for them to help us as they stated they could. During the process of trying to submit motions, there was a HUGE lack of communication, they would always be “to busy with other cases” to take a call or meet. At one point it took them over a week to return or answer a call. They did not submit the said motions in the time frames they said they would. Due to their lack of effort, or care ultimately our family member was deported with no real understanding. Afterwards, they had very little empathy toward our situation so we were left distraught still seeking answers. They said they would be emailing us another bill to move forward with the case but have completely ghosted us since then. Speaking with multiple other immigration lawyers after the fact they indeed informed us they did not do the right thing or the work they ultimately could have to help our situation. They have classically took a case they new they could not help for money. Our family is not wealthy, and it took a lot to pay these fees just to feel like we got stole from. Please proceed with caution when reaching out to this firm!
