I retained attorney Hernandez to assist me in reopening my immigration case. We told me this case would take some time due to the complexity. My immigration case was reopened by the court and now I can stay in the US legally. He was very honest and knowledgeable.

Did not follow through with his promise for a work permit even after paying for everything. Whenever I attempted to get into contact with him, only his assistant would pick up and I didn’t receive any call back from neither his assistant or him. I paid for my fingerprints and he tried to charge me for them again after I had already paid for them. Made me waste money I did not have in a effort to get my work permit. This has been a long 3-year process just for no results and money wasted.

Mr. Hernandez is a great attorney and has helped me with a very difficult case. I would highly recommend him!! His knowledge is impeccable! He is passionate about what he does.

In 2018 my mom was detained and we hired Mr. Hernandez to help with her immigration case. He was professional and caring, he visited my mom in the detention center which meant a lot to me. He was very quick to respond all our questions and was hands down the most responsive immigration lawyer we’ve had.

My dad was detained a few months ago and his case was very complex, however, Attorney Hernandez worked really hard, and when others told us that it was impossible to win the case, Attorney Hernandez was there guiding us throughout the process and explaining every step while going above and beyond in every area of the case. I remember having so many questions because I had never been through such a process but he was very courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. Never in a second did we doubt that he was not going to complete something that he said he’d do because we saw how diligent and hard-working he was.
