My wife and I are from a different country and for an unexpected health crisis needed to have our newly revised Wills notarized. We could not have asked for a more responsive, helpful, accommodating, friendly and professional staff. Special recognition to Stephanie, Marta and Natalie for being so kind & cooperative with us. Would recommend this law firm to others. They are reasonably priced for the service that we required.

Top flite law firm for getting retiree economics in order. They give you step by step instructions and legal firepower for the maze that is Florida Medicaid/Medicare. Courteous, friendly competent staff. Pricey but worth it.

I highly recommend Attorney Smollar. My sister and I had planned a visit to our elderly mom in Florida as soon as we were able after Covid restrictions were lifted. The day before our trip, mom was hospitalized and this caused us to review her paperwork to make sure we had all we needed if healthcare decisions would need to be made. Fortunately, mom recovered nicely and was released from the hospital. In this process, we learned that mom's paperwork was not in order. We reached out to Ryan and he saw us as soon as mom was healthy and could participate. Ryan sat with the three of us and patiently went through all of mom's papers. He always spoke directly to mom and made sure she was in the driver's seat. Throughout the process of revising her POA's, trusts, the will and healthcare directive, Ryan promptly responded to our questions - always making sure that mom's needs were put first. I am not a person who typically writes reviews but in this instance, when we needed an attorney who could bring compassion as well as knowledge and experience, Ryan gets an A++ on all counts!
