I was so fortunate to have Janet De La Cruz assigned to me as my paralegal in educating me and holding my had through the entire Medicaid process. Not only was she patient with all of my questions but also very professional. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for help for their elderly family members.

We used Elder Law PA to apply for Medicaid. They were though and didn't let anything fall through the crack. We got approved exactly when they said my wife's app would be approved. Thanks to them!

Met with Ryan Smollar and he was a joy to work with. He’s extremely knowledgeable in his field and took the time to answer every question we had without feeling rushed. As a young couple we were initially worried that this is something geared for elderly people, but that’s just not the case at all. He helped my wife and I create a family trust and the beginnings of our will. Office was clean and the employees present were all friendly. Ryan really cares about his clients, and it shows in the way that he advises them. He is extremely knowledgeable about elder law, and explains the rules in a clear manner. The issues can be difficult on family members to discuss, and he handles the material in a compassionate manner.
