I would be very careful about retaining this attorney. I retained him for a foreclosure matter. He was non-responsive. He refused to do things that we asked him to do such as contact opposing counsel and work out settlement of 2nd mortgage. Then when we complained about his communication, he withdrew from the case as attorney after taking our money and not finishing the case. He is - in my opinion as an attorney for 24 years in this State - a horrible attorney and I would never retain him again.
