During initial phone call with representative, I lost all confidence in this firm. He repeatedly misspelled the names I was spelling slowly for him. He asked the same questions multiple times and still got my answers wrong when repeating them back to me. At the end of the phone call, he even got the medical facility location wrong after me repeatedly telling him. He ended the call by telling me they couldn't help us. It was as if he was unsure of every question to ask, looking up what to do next with each response, and not paying attention at all. Very disappointed.
