Communication is lacking at best. I continuously have to reach out only to get treated like that is exactly what I am supposed to do, not the other way around. My case has been settled and I would like my settlement sooner than later. The last communication was an email in july that the doctor wanted a certain amount and they were negotiating and the only reason I got that email response is because I reached out. I heard nothing until i sent an email september 25, to which i got a reply that the doc agreed to a certain amount, and the paperwork would be put together and sent out to me ASAP. So i emailed back on Oct 9, since i haven't heard anything and didn't really get a clear cut answer. So i called today and was told they were waiting on me...really?..p.s. i have all these emails. So with that being said i would like a resolution fairly Expedited. And no I would not recommend this law firm to anyone!!!

He was to call me back on Friday the 15th, but I have not heard from him

in the beginning it seemed as if I was being passed around. I felt like I had to reach out to get info about what is going on.

FIRST REVIEW I was bit by a dog, They excepted my case, filled out tons of paperwork, and after a few days, they contacted me and said they weren’t going to do the case because I didn’t have enough medical bills or treatment from the incident to move forward $$$$$$$$$$$$$. I had so much respect for Eric and the company but in my opinion, they’re not for the People anymore. It seems like they’re only for the money Very disappointed. I guess it’s OK for Dogs to jump out of shopping carts and attack you while you’re walking down an aisle in a store? ************************** SECOND REVIEW I called the below # provided. JAY at the front desk was unprofessional in my option, as he did more cutting me off as i was talking. Jays being very frustrated advised me I COULD NOT speak to Josie with a sarcastic tone???? Then I called back and my number was reported as SPAM. This is not how i remember the firm when i used it in the past NO WAY!

Worst attitude and attention.

The process was going very well in the beginning and towards the end once I received the first part of the settlement I can never get them to call me back I left several messages several days several times over months no one ever called me back. I was told that I was getting an initial check it's been 2 years and haven't heard from anyone since. Once the case was settled I received feedback but when it was time to initiate the second part in the process I never received a call back. It's been 2 years and still no call my case manager does not return her calls. So I'm left wondering where's the $25k that I was promised on a second check.
