Mark helped me through my divorce quickly and professionally, exactly what he was hired to do. Walked me through every step of the way.

Mark is a joke....worst, lying, underhanded, money scandalous, not even over billing but fraudulent billing lawyer around. JAG lawyer ....he should be stripped of that title.

Mark helped me get through a very lengthy divorce. He was very confident in the courtroom and fought for me. He was also understanding of my financial situation and worked out a payment plan that was feasible. Not only was he very knowledgeable, he was genuine. I am thankful that I had his counsel during a very tough time in my life. He was always prompt in responding to any questions that I had and provided me with encouragement.

I retained Mark as a Divorce Attorney. Very good at his job. Extremely satisfied with his representation.

Know before you hire. Wish I would have known about Mark McMann. He did not handle my case effective, gave incorrect information, very rude in responding emails, and violated the attorney client privilege by coming into court and testifying against me lying saying he never said something that I have a witness to. Just know before you hire him.

Please do not use this guy!!!! He is not organized or attentive. He will take your case just to collect retainer and then never take your calls or answer your emails. He willl then close your case without your knowledge. He is horrible! I never noticed he has been recently disciplined and rightfully so. Please please please take this review to heart he is absolutely the worst attorney I’ve ever worked with. Had to hire another attorney to clean up his mess... wasn’t until then that I found out he had actually closed my case with no results! I sent him over 15 emails with no response. Called his office over 20 times with no call back. Never ever received any billing info or any type of corespondents regarding billing or where my retainer was used... Need I say more? DO NOT USE!

Mark Macmann is a fraud and I will make sure he will never be allowed to practice family law. I was referred to him by a friend and at first he seemed very likable. He took 2 thousand dollars from me and never did a single thing and I’m not exaggerating. When I would try to contact him he never answered and never bothered to email me or call back. I had several meetings with him and he never showed up. His staff is just as inadequate and still blows my mind how they are even in business. So please please do not hire him, I don’t want anyone to have to go through this ever!

I would not recommend Mark McMann P.A. to anyone for any legal issues. I hired him December 2016, for a simple child support modification and we agreed on a total payment for the case. As the case progressed, McMann P.A. and his staff quickly became difficult to contact via phone when I needed updates on the case. They either returned calls several days later or not at all. During the case, I had also set up several phone consultations with dates and times. McMann P.A. never followed through with any of them. During court mediation he was supposed to show up at the court but claimed at the last minute he was ill, and phoned in instead. During the case we also moved and I notified McMann P.A. twice we had moved, yet his office kept sending the paperwork to the wrong address. We also never received any notice of the deposition via email or at our address. Luckily, I called the day before the deposition to ask about the case and I was finally told the deposition was the next day. If I had not called, I would have missed my own court date as McMann P.A. failed to keep me advised of my case progress. When I did finally receive case documents from his office there was many mis-spellings and grammatical errors. I actually had to contact his office to have them corrected. The case was finally resolved almost 7 months later. Even though the case was resolved without going to trial, and we had already agreed on the payment amount, he then demanded additional money for the case. In closing, I would not recommend attorney McMann P.A. for any legal issues whatsoever. Also, the Florida Bar states McMann P.A. was disciplined and fined by the Florida bar on 6/21/17 for a DUI-driving under the influence, (which he plead guilty in court) and received from the Florida Bar one year probation, fines and court costs.

Hired mark last year for a nasty custody battle. He is always on time and also takes pride in his work. He showed up to all the court dates on time and even traveled to Tampa where the case was located. He is very professional and he truly cares. His assistant Carrie is also a huge help. He's helped tremendously and has got everything we've asked for so far. He makes sure everything is noted that you tell him. His assistant always has your file at hand and there are no issues with them getting back to you in a timely fashion. I would recommend mark to anyone going through custody battles.

Mark is Personable, Straight Forward and a Real Person. FYI Just Mark's presence may win the case by showing them you're not messing around because you've hired the Mann. Case Dismissed....... Thank You.

Mr. Mcmann got me through a brutal and lengthy divorce. He was always on time for any litigation, hearings, and mediation. As a loving Father, it was very important for my children to raised properly with Thier church, school, and home. As I read the rest of these post/reviews I didn't get that feeling or conduct. Alwayd treated fair and with dignity.

My then husband and I divorced in 2014. It was amicable and only took one visit to his office. He showed up at the courthouse for the divorce hearing on time and was clear in what I could expect to happen. I have no complaints.
