I hired Monk Law Firm to help me fight for custody of my daughter. Not only did they help me get custody, but they also helped me write my living will and also helped me fight off a frivolous lawsuit from my ex-in-laws. It was 3 years of headaches for me but Brian and the team at Monk law firm worked hard and won my cases. It's not anything I ever want to go through again but I'm glad I had Monk Law Firm on my side. Mr. Monk took on my case for a modification of final judgement dissolution of marriage. I am so glad I chose this man to represent me in the matter. My Former Wife’s counsel was Bruno Dezayas. Mr. Dezayas is a dishonest man, with the Court anyways. Mr. Monk never deviated from his values to sink to the level that opposing counsel did and for that I am grateful. It’s nice to know that some attorneys can be held with the highest ethical regard. I would use him again if I needed advice or counsel.
